Default Sick on cycle
Got sore throat half way through my cycle .. I think it strep from the blisters ,, but word is at the gym if i take antibiotics it cancles out the goodies ?

Go to the doctor, get some antibiotics, stay on cycle, resume training when you feel well.

Sure enough got shot today ,from the doc .. but weird thing is I don't feel bad just my throat hurts like MFer . hopefully get some good rest this weekend take care of it
