Newb on my first cycle, want opinion on Test

Hello all, Just joined the forum, going to hit up my first cycle in a few weeks, here's the lowdown.
25 year old male
6', 190lbs, about 13%BF
Casual training for 4 years, more serious in the past year

After educating myself as thoroughly as possible I've decided on the following:
400mg nandrolone/wk total to be spread out EOD for 12weeks
600mg test/wk total for 14 weeks, 2 wks past the nandrolone

I've got 10mgx40tabs of proviron, and 10mgx100tabs of Novadex (generic) standing by

There seems to be a lot of conjecture on when/how exactly to take the Pro for PCT and whether or not to take the Nova PCT or at all during the cycle, so opinions on that would be appriciated.

When I was purchasing my saftey drugs I was unaware the the nandrolone has the potiental to cause gyno through a different action than the test so I didn't purchase any "bromo-----?". Thoughts on the risk of running the cycle without it?

I'm also undecided on what test to use. At first I was going to use a generic sostenon-like product, but recently I've decided that either Ethenate or Cyponate would probobly be more appropriate. Opinion on what test?

I live next to mexico and I can purchase anything, anytime. Cheap. I guess I'm pretty lucky in that regard. So since I have the pick of the litter, what should I run? Is there a third product I might consider adding to the stack?


BTW I was unable to find generic Arimidex in Mexico. It was $240/box even there. Ouch. Do any of the OTC supplements that claim anti-aromatase action live up to the claim?

I've read a lot of archives, these are the me-specific questions I've still left to answer, so any and all opinions would be apprciated.

Hey man, welcome!
If you going to be a casual user of AAS deca would not be appropriate for you right now. It shuts you down hard making recovery a *****. Without bromo, if you decide to do it is a gamble and I would advise against it.

Test is a good choice(cyp or enth is fine) along with primo would be my choice. If you wish, test/dbol is very good combo or test/tbol if primo is too expensive. As a beginer I would keep the cycles light and simple. Stay away from tren/deca/drol for the time being.


If you aromatize test a lot is good to have an AI on hand, nolva works too but adex or aromasin is better to control bloat. Try without any AIs and if you bloat bad start taking them.

Third product...No! Keep it simple till you get used to these coumpounds.

SOme of those labs do live up to their promise...at least they did anyway. Not too sure right now

I'd recommend test only for a first cycle to see how you react to it.

Forget the Deca. Test only for a first cycle but might as well use the proviron sinve you have it. Itll help control estrogen and bloating to a degree.

Not exactly my 1st cycle...
A friend of mine gave me some leftovers, amounted to 300mg test C for about 6 weeks and a 100mg nandro for 2 weeks in between. It was pretty exciting to peek over the top of a platou from just a small and short cycle like that.
I didn't have any safety meds, before I did it I did some research and assessed that I should be okay without them with such a small dose and I was correct. No bad side effects other than my girlfriend was sore all the time.

I've had a lot of people tell me to stay away from the nandrolone, which caught me by surprise since most AAS profiles I read stated it was one of the more safe products with generally fewer/more mild side effects. Is this not the case? Why, exactly, am I being steered away from nandrolone deconate so strongly when everything I read said it was good all-around?
