Man **** Had Changed

I may have been living under a rock for a few years. Actually I know I have been. I just recently (about 6 months ago) got back into lifting seriously. I took a little time off mostly because of work. I was basically just going to keep in shape somewhat and relieve stress. But before that I was really serious.

But when I quit my ****ty job a while I ago I started getting serious back into lifting again.

I walked into Vitamin Shoppe the other day and looked in the Glass Cabinet and was shocked as to how much **** has changed.

No more Mag-10, no More 1-AD, 4AD, 19-Nor, 1-Test, Methyl-Test.

God Damn.


I missed out on a lot. I never bothered to stock up because it never occurred to me that this stuff was going to be banned at the time.

I still have 1 bottle of 19-nor but it expired a year ago.

Is there anything legit anymore resembling the products from the good old days?

From what I've read Anabolic Xtreme's 3-AD is supposedly pretty good ( aren't they all! ) and converts to Stanalone(?)....I may try some myself....

i had a old buddy of mine that took the 1-ad and 4-ad back when it was still in stores and he went from bein "fit" to bein a cockstrong lil guy for his size i mean it was a dramatic change.....now i know that genetics and deit play a role but the funny thing is.....his diet wasnt that great and b4 he took the 1-ad and 4-ad he'd lift and lift and only see minimal gains....either he had a great reaction to it or he was usin somethin else lol.....but none the less maybe the product was that good.....becasue he was about to step up to juicin after he emptied the bottles of 1-ad and 4-ad....by the time i decided to take some....of course they were banned......just my luck

The epistane-based products get good reviews (Havoc, etc). I did a one month long trial of Havoc, it was decent. Mostly saw a nice increase in muscle endurance and some strength, gained about 10 pounds.
