Default Lose BF while maintaining muscle???

Ok so my stats are:
24 yr old
6'0
187lbs
17% BF

I was 230lbs in May. I drastically altered my diet and started hitting the gym hard. This was not a clean 230lbs more like a 26% BF 230.

I feel my body has adapted and I have plateau'd. I have changed up several things but nothing seems to work. I am wanting to cut down to 10-12% BF, whatever weight that may be. Then start bulking and trying to put on some serious mass. My goal is to be 185-195 with 10-12% BF. I want to try a cutting cycle. Nothing to complicated. I was thinking of just taking some test-E, to maintain my muscle maybe even build a little, while i try to cut the last bit of fat. Any suggestions would be great!

You need more gym time before you think about running any gear. Gear is not a miracle supplement. If you are stuck where you are, I would venture to say that 95% of it relates to your diet. Sit back and reevaluate your diet - that's where the fat loss is going to come from. Are you doing any cardio?
