uhh...I'd personally loose the fat first bro. Then after about 6 months of that work on the building muscle part.

but FIRST. How old are you and how much experience do you have lifting?

Roids aint something to play with bro. Read all the stickies about any roids. Lots of precautions you have t know about before making a decision about going through with it....

wow.... are you serious dude?
be serious, lose your weight first, exercise, diet, weights
then gain mass about 6 months to a year in,
introduce alot of protein into your diet
then consider supplments like creatine/glutamine but do your research
cycle a few times
then you wont have a need for roids....

i think you really take things for granted and just want those quick results u see on tv, DOESNT WORK THAT WAY

Partner you really hurt yourself by posting like this, "twice" Let me put this to you in another way. First you want to do roids as you say, ask yourself what is Testosterone and what separates or makes each Testosterone react differently in your body "basically what makes test Prop different from test Cyp"
can you honestly answer this question without looking it up on google? if you can not you have no idea what you are doing, and even if you new this most basic question, what are your plans to obtain these roids? was it your hopes that one of the fellows here would email and say hey i have just what you need, sure you just may get such an email and your money will be gone. Anabolics like so many idiots think is not a magic drug, far from it, all it will do is create a positive nitrogen balance in your body "do you know what this means?" once i do not think so. please take the time to train learn the basics in the gym, learn the basics of proper diet, take what you learned and put it into use, as the learning process will never end, this is why fellows come to these sites. you have asked a question that many including myself is a wasted thread. but i felt the need to at least or hopeful explain ROIDS as you say is not what you need!

Peace
