new here ..
just looking for some imput please. i am 5'6 and at an even 200lbs. i carry my weight very well, noone believes i weigh 200ibs. i deit good and am very commited to the gym. i am looking for a boost and was given some pointers from a friend of mine at the gym. he recommended susaton and deca, runing the deca in the middle of sus. anyone agree or disagree. i kno i can control gains and losses simply thru my diet but am interested in this cycle.what would results be? i have it on hand, just want to gather as much info as possible since i am new to the game. |

THis is a loaded question.....what would the results be!
Results vary with knowledge IMO. The more you know the more you gain and keep. Tell us more about yourself....age, training, eating habbits and most of all what exactly is your GOAL! Deca/test is great IMO but advice given to you is bad. Tell us more about yourself to point you in the right direction

the sus simply says "lent" on it and lists the 5 types of test in it. that being Acetate, Propionate, Phenyl propionate, Cypionate, Decanote.
i have limited experince with suplements in the past. Did a cycle of test 250 in the past. i am in the gym on a regular basis. 5 days a week, working arms, chest, shoulders, and back mostly. try to get good cardio in between aslo. a good run or a ride on the bike for enjoyment. Dont really have eating habbits id say. i eat chicken, chicken, and more chicken. bannanas, oranges, oatmeal, 1% milk and orange juice. I am 23 years old, 5'6 and 200 lbs. My goal is to strengthn my body and gain size in my arms shoulders and chest. if i were to gain a few lbs i wouldnt look at it as a negative. i would also like to gain definition in above listed areas. i was told to run the sus at 1cc for 2 weeks, than add .5cc of deca for 6 weeks. after tat drop the deca and close out the cycle with 2 more weeks of just 1cc of sus. 10 weeks total. ( 1 injection every 6th day so really its more like 8 weeks total) whata you guys think ? wanted to say thanks gentleman, and please dont take my inexperience as ignorance. i understand that suplements in the wrong peoples hands can cause problems. thats why i am reaching out to others. thanks again and good luck to all. |

That sounds like resonable goals.
Lets talk dosages....I dont like taking in cc's because 1 cc can have different concentrations. So in general what you want to shoot for if you want to keep it simple do 300mg of test and 200mg of deca/week. This is a very low dosage cycle which may not require any estrogen control. I also prefer that you inject 2x every 7 days. Doing it 1x every week may fluctuate your hormonal levels too much and diminish gains. Start both compounds at the same time BUT stop deca 2 weeks then do test for another week before the cycle ends. There is no need to wait 2 weeks to add deca at the begining.....it means nothing and accomplishes nothing. I like the length at 10 weeks. PS, you might need to hit those legs Any PCT?

Partner lets put the lifting to the side,
this so called Lent Sos-250 have you used with good success in the past? And the deca what dose, per ml is it? And is it a real brand or a kitchen brand? I feel this is important to get out at this point. \peace |
