In your situation I would run it 10 weeks @ 500mg/week.(mon/thur)
I would recommend adding dbol into the mix for the first 5 weeks at 30mg ED. This is a solid mass gainer and expect nice things from it. Also, start this cycle as lean as you can get at because it will tend to bloat you up a little and add some fat. YOu may want to consider taking an AI such as Adex @.5 mg 2-3x a week to control that bloat. As you start adding more compounds into the mix think about adding HCG into the mix at either 250iuX2 a week for the entire cycle, or do 5 shots of 1000iu at the end of the cycle for 2 weeks before PCT.
