I've been lurking around here a bit, and I haven't seen specific answers to these questions - I did actually look around a bit, so please don't be too upset if this is a standard newbie question.
I'm eyeing up a 1AD, 4AD stack, and it will be my first experiment with Prohormones. I've done a bunch of reading, and of course there is a lot of conflicting information. I currently weigh 210lbs, and I'd guess 15% bf. I'm 28, and I've been training since I was about 15. My workout load is 4 workouts per week, hitting each muscle group once per week. Diet varies a bit with my work, but I always aim to top 200g of protein a day. So here's what I'm thinking: I can get ergopharm 1AD in 60capx100mg bottles. I can also (only) get 4AD in 60capx250mg bottles. I'd rather not take this orally, but that's what I have available with the contacts I have. I can readily access Nolvadex, but it's not cheap. I'm thinking I'd get 2 bottles of 1AD and 1 bottle of 4AD, and do 600mg/day 1AD with 500mg/day 4AD, split up into 3 and 2 doses respectively. Does anyone have thoughts on this? is 600mg/day a bit strong for my first try? PCT: I'm confused here, as these compounds are not supposed to produce much estrogen. Should I PCT with nolva? or focus more on trying to get my natural test back with products like tribulus? Should I do both? If I do PCT with nolva, what kind of dosage is recommended for this particular stack? Thanks guys!
