Hey Guys,
I've been reading stuff on this board for over a year now, and I've learned some pretty valuable information. This is my first thread, so might as well start it off by thanking everyone for the information they have provided I'm currently bulking up. I've been working out for a few years. My diet is in check. I am making gains. I was thinking of taking the test booster Anabolic Signal. It was recommended to me by a guy at the gym. He suggested to take it with ZMA. I was just wondering, if anyone had any experience on that product, and if you think it will supplement my routine and increase my gains with proper nutrition and workout routine. Thanks |
