Howdy,
I am considering moving up to steroid use, but I am one of those few people who don't have the nerve to bring needles towards their own skin. I'm wondering if there are any nutritionists in the Montreal area who can help me out. A couple of things I should note, just so I can get general feedback if I'm jumping onto the boat too quick: I am 24 years old Smaller guy, 5'6" A very lean 150lbs I hold a very strong strength to weight ratio, Benching 245lbs and incline benching 225 lbs (Yes, I use proper form), Military pressing 150lbs, curling 50lbs and etc. I do take the lifestyle seriously, trying to maintain proper eating habits; staying around the 3000 to 4000 calories a day and I go 4-6 times a week as my schedule permits. Again, any advice comments or of course referrals to a proper nutrionist would be appreciated. |

Well, mainly because I can't seem to put on mass for the life of me. My strength goes up and not in a fashion which seems logical for the amount I lift.
I am taking everything here into consideration and I'm thinking that maybe I am jumping the gun a bit too quick. Thanks for all the feedback. |
