thats an old avatar pic. Anyhow, i been ridiculed enough for one day
legion of doom dude, i understand what ur saying, but there ALOT of people out there who rely on just gear to get them where they are. I reckon i've put as much effort in as the next person who has achieved his goals. Just cos one routine/diet etc... works for one person, dont necessarily means it'll work for me

So "being nice" is more important than being honest to hope and save this guy problems down the road? You are right it is better to lead him down the path of health problems, wasted money on gear, and minimal to no gains as long as feelings aren't hurt right? Thanks Oprah.

Look man... we are not trying to be pricks or anything. However, Mitch made a good point earlier. At your height and weight, especially when you consider you have ran a cycle before. You should be much leaner, or much heavier. Either way your LBM should be higher. This isnt opinion, it is just the truth. YOu have like 5 or 6 years of training and a cycle under your belt, and your LBM has probably only gone up 15 or 20 pounds. That means something else is out of check. A cycle is not going to fix that. Consider sucking it up, and not taking the easy way (which doesnt even seem to work, considering your past experience) out of this. Take a hard look at your diet, training, rest, everything. Study it, tweak, make gains. Then in a few years when your LBM is around 180 or more, and your are leaner, then consider using the assistance of steroids. Until you have everything else figured out, your gains will be minimal and disappointing. The side effect of those minimal gains could be possible health problems and an empty wallet. Everyone here wants everyone else to succeed. Sometimes the truth is that some people are going about it in a hasty and possibly dangerous way.

um well dont use deca or tren because those are too suppresive....
just increase your dosage of test to maybe 1g or 1.25g or 1.5g per week..of course run a low dose of arimidex on cycle as well.... do NOT use deca or tren....terrible terrible idea unless you want to be on HRT the rest of your life....

Well, some of you keep saying to make gains naturally but unfortunately he has done lots of gear for his age and that might be imposible at this time. My honest a God advice is to see if your body can still recover at this point as it may never be able to and with even more cycles you want to do, will never recover for sure. The reason you are getting fat can be atrribuited to diet, poor training etc however, you can get really fat if you eat bad in combination with having low test and lack of cardio + having your hormons way the hell out of wack.
Now the question is this....what would you like to do, keep cycling and pretty much go on HRT or Back off recover as much as your body will allow then rethink your approach. The choice is yours, and we all make choices and live by them. If you really want to do another cycle then let's chat. Post up your routine, food intake, and will work on a nice cycle for you so at least you have everything covered so you can enjoy maximum gains. If you want to recover then let me know and will work out a schedule along with training, food and supps One last thing, to all who answered to his thread I think is time to all calm down, I believe he got the point....I know some of you are tough and to the point however he already did what he did, it's his choice let's now help him out and stop being so damn aggressive
