The plan.
6 weeks. 100mg 1-AD & 100mg 4AD-EC (Mag-10 destroyer) 3 x a day. Spaced 7 hours apart. Currently a week and a half into this plan. What I've seen so far. Approx. 7-10 .lbs gain in body weight. Massively increased recovery between workouts. Increase in appetite. Just noticed a decrease in libido. Overall, I'm beyond satisified with my gains. I notice a differance when training for sure. Although, I do not keep a nutrition diary. I will say this. I have cleaned up the kinds of foods I consume, and how frequently I eat as well. More updates to come. |

Not sure what you mean by "has anyone comented on it?".
I definetely notice my arms are much more fuller than they used to be. By the end of the w/o or @ the end of a pump, they look great! Don't get me wrong. When I say they are definetely noticeably differant. Doesnt mean I packed on an inch or anythign like that. Maybe 1/4-1/2" though. Clean? Meaning all muscle and no fat? Hard to say? I am not counting calories, or grams. I am just eating more, eliminated a lot of the extra crap out of the diet and definetely drinking more water. Close to a gal. a day. |
