To help you a little I will strongly suggest in the future to use some test with tren, and also use HCG before PCT. On PCT use a mix of low dose aromasin, clomid and nolva. Tren and Deca are not very good single steroids to use.
I personally like to combine 2-4 compounds at lower dosages for best results. One mix that comes to mind is Test/EQ/deca. It works wonders for a clean bulk and gives you that fuller look

From what I understand, you were 240.. down to mid 190's...
You were on a high protein, low carb, low fat diet.. (which to means very low cal, and probably to low cal).. (Normally I'd say low carb and low fat is a bad idea, balanced or low cal with moderate amount of healthy fats is better) By the sounds of it.. the only thing tren would of done for someone like you on the diet you were on, is prevent you from loosing much muscle mass while on cycle... That is one of the wonderful properties of tren... it can help maintain muscle mass while cutting, and in fact even under some heavy calorie restriction, it can still manage to build some mass on top of that.. But under a heavily restricted diet, it's doubtful you'd gain a whole lot out of it.. except of course, the aggression, the pump, and general muscle endurance and boosted strength, which of course will only be temporary. So then, your cycle ended... any of the pump your shoulders aswell as the rest of your body was holding, subsided.. strength subsided... and your calorie restriction quickly made all gains (if you made any, which is doubtful).. got quickly flushed down the toilet.. not to mention the fact, that you testicles were comatose, and less likely to see some action then Charlie brown and lucy. Which brings me us to... 1. DIET is the most important thing, that will determine anyones progress, whether it be with or without juice... I have a feeling this was your biggest mistake. 2. Training, lots of ways to train.. lots of ways work, but there is lots of ways that can do more harm then good too.... I have no idea what you've been doing, but generally you really got a keep striving for more reps more weight each time out.. and never forget about the rest factor. 3. The combonation of 1 and 2. timing is everything sometimes.. from mornign till bed time.. there is right and wrong ways to attack your daily plan.... 4. And Lastly, if your going to use gear, then it's extremely important that you know more about it before you go and start something that you obviously completely wasted your time on. Results can be dramatic, if other steps are in order.... if not, you could easily travel backwards. or something like that anyway. ![]() morning ya'll
