Xyience XTEST - Looked up the ingredients and the first thing I saw was ecdysterone. Then I saw the tribulus............ IMO Its crap. Dont waste your money.

SAN Endotest Pro - Again, looked up the ingredients and saw tribulus..... IMO Its crap. Dont waste your money.

Dont waste your money on any of that crap, cuz its all crap...... just a big fat pile of steaming crap.....

You really wanna boost your testosterone? Lift heavy ass weights. Get plenty of sleep... and DONT OVER DO IT!

Not trying to be an ass here, just flat out telling you the way I feel about it. Do me a favor though. Dont go looking for a "yes" man.

If you dont believe me, then go buy a 2 month supply(that should be plenty of time to notice gains from increased testosterone). Keep a log of the cycle, and let us know when you think you feel a tingle here or a twangle there. If you have any doubts as to the effectiveness of the supplement then its probably bunk.

Better yet. Get blood work done on T levels before you start taking it, and then again at the end. You can get blood work done from independant labs in your yellow pages. Or if your older, tell your doctor your tired, have no sex drive, and feel depressed. Ask him to check your testosterone levels, and your insurance might cover it.

There is no supp on the market that will be even close to real test. Some companies use pro-hormons whenever they can and get away with it which will give you gains but test is test-no substitute.

So write your exact plan down.

Exact workout schedule
Exact meal timing and general content

Post workout supplementation / pre workout feeding...

Type and frequency of cardio

Body type and what you think your metabolism is (high or low)

Let me chime in here. Why are you interested in upping your test levels? If you are concerned with low T, then go get some blood work done. If you T is really in the tank, your doctor can put you on HRT. If you are looking for a boost, well there are some products out there than can help...a little.
If you are not seeing the gains you want in the gym, ask yourself these two questions. Are my gain goals unrealistic for the time frame? And, am I eating enough protein?

I was/am a tester for a T booster suppliment. I will not go into any particulars. But I had blood work done before, during and will get it done at the end of this week. So far the product raised my serum T 80 points. Not great, but better than nothing. Keep in mind that I am a 50 yo, balding, 4 eyed fat man that lifts heavy before jumping on what I'm taking. The blood work showed my T was at the bottom third of men my age. The T booster brought me smack in the middle. I'll know more in a few weeks. Now, if you are experiencing mood swings, always tired and the lead as gotten out of your pencil, then by all means get a blood test and go over it with your doc. Bear in mind that all suppliments, prohormones and HRT will have some side effects. SOme more than others.

As a half measure, I will say that a good deal of low T comes from a lack of quality sleep. If that is your problem, try taking ZMA about 45 minutes before hitting the sack. It will help you gain a deep sleep and heavy lifting will definitly boost your T levels.

Keep in touch.

Good luck.

Yeah, large doses of zinc has been shown to increase testosterone levels, but at the same time, since your prostate accumulates zinc, it has been shown to cause enlarged prostate, with possability of turning into cancer.

Agreed. If the dose is kept in the 60-90mg per day, it should not have any long term impact. The prostrate zinc connection (if my memory serves me) comes from back in the day when people were taking megadoses of the stuff along with vitamine E because it was supposed to help with sexual preformance. I strongly believe in cycling anything you take, except for necessary prescription drugs. Take what ever supplements for three weeks, then take a week off.

Just my two cents, your mileage may vary.

I am not trying to beat the zinc/prostrate thing to death. Here is a short article that literally fell into my lap on the subject. Take it for what it is worth.

One of the most common male cancers is prostate cancer, 50% to 70% of men in their 70’s have evidence of prostrate cancer but only one in ten develop prostrate cancer symptoms. The exact cause of prostrate cancer is not known, but it is linked to age, diet and lifestyle and testosterone metabolism.

Because prostrate cancer is slow growing the initial symptoms do not show, later symptoms such as frequent urination especially at night, slow urinary stream, pain whilst urinating, a feeling of incomplete emptying of the bladder after urination, dribbling after urination and sometimes blood in the urine are all signs of prostrate cancer. If prostrate cancer is left to spread other symptoms include weight loss, pain in the bones, fatigue and anaemia.

A change in diet can help with and to protect against prostrate cancer. Cut down on animal fats, include plenty of fibre in the diet and consume lots of fruit and vegetables. Anti-prostrate cancer foods are soy products, rice, green and yellow vegetables, seafood such as oysters, bran, whole grains, shiitake mushrooms, pulses, garlic, pumpkin seeds, tomatoes, nuts, seeds (flaxseed), cabbage, Brussels sprouts, broccoli and oily fish. Cut down on alcohol and meat consumption and try to maintain a healthy weight.

The following supplements may help if you are suffering from prostrate cancer.

Coenzyme Q10

Lycopene

Saw palmetto

Selenium

Shark cartilage

Vitamin C

Vitamin D

Vitamin E

Zinc
