You need to get a lil bit bigger imo, naturally before you consider any type of ph/or test enhancer....
I myself
5'9 206lbs....
1. I think If you change your diet, and hit the weights harder im sure youll notice better gains instead of hopping into a cycle... And 3 years isnt enough expierence i feel to do a ph or anythign else yet, i started to lift when i was 16, and didnt get serious till about 18......
2. Your only 20.... Im not the one to talk cause i did my first cycle at 22, but i was also built bigger than you.... You wanna try and get as big as you can get naturally befpre a cycle soo when you do a actual cycle you can get the full effect off of it... otherwise its a waste......
3. IN MY OPINION ONLY.. and i stress that.... I think you should research it a lil bit more, you didnt mention anything about a pct in there......
Also throw down your diet for us, what you eat, carb/fat/protein ratio...
The foods you eat....
And what your work out routine is...
Im pretty sure we can help you without the use of a ph/or anything else...
