Taking PH's sublingual?

Will be starting my 6 week cycle of 1-AD & 4-AD-EC.

I was wondering if I could take this cycle sublingualy instead of ingesting it orally.

Anyone have experiance with a subling. method?

I did a search and read the PH FAQ, but it just discusses doing this breifly. But theres not comments.

Looking for feedback from people with experiance.
