China under Heavy Scrutiny.

I'm not sure if this is public information yet...

But this is direct from a horses mouth....

Problem:

The FDA, DEA and Interpol off all just flown into china and arrested 1 tab supplier.. and put 2 chemical factories under Inspection.

Currently, I understand that if you were to make contact with anyone in china, you'll find that business is at least temporarily closed.

China, currently sells hormones to anyone simply cause it's not illegal for them to do so.. it's not a controlled or scheduled drug there... But if the laws are changed and hormones become scheduled... Don't be surprised if every single supplier closes shop for good.

Reason:

China is very hard on crime... punishments are severe... and every china men knows it... China at one time had a huge problem with herion.. now it's probably one of the most drug free societies on earth, strictly due to it's extremely tough stance on suppliers and users.... Small convictions can mean coporal punishment and a life time in far less then perfect jail conditions.

Fear:

I'm fairly certain the the days are numbered for the hormone market... and with it the affordably priced underground labs across north america.

How can any of those agencies arrest anyone in China? They have no authority over there to arrest a citizen of China and cant extradite(assuming its an American or Brit) without the co-operation of the Chinese govt so the question is why would china help them out?

how much money does china make legally dealing with ilegal suppliers in north amarica? Honestly, I don't think it's a whole lot..

Now how much money do you think that china makes by dealing legally with "FDA" approved pharmacutical companies by selling them vast quantities of raw materials that are processed into end use drugs used through out every pharmacy hosptial and clinic in the united states canada and elsewhere. Add to that other narcotics, and every other type of pharmacutical compound.. and I think the dollar numbers begin to grow at a astronomical rate.

The FDA does indeed have power in china... factories in china need to be FDA approved to sell thier products to companies in the states... If it is found out that china is skirting the laws and secretly or not so secretly moving product from FDA licenced facilities for sale to North America, they can indeed wave a big caution flag in china's face, and threaten to revoke it's FDA approved accredidations... which would mean huge financial loses for china.

I'm guessing through the FDA pressure china may of actually agreed to the whole investigation... and I'm worried that if pressure keeps up its only a matter of time before laws are changed that will forever close the door to guys like me and you.

Granted if the FDA did shut down the factories in china, most of the worlds medications would tentuple in price and then be largely out of stock.. lol

this whole deal sucks. but honestly i believe part of the problem is all these powder suppliers started hitting all the open boards so any joe blow can order. one reason you see another UG pop up everyday. getting greedy but in the long run,or not so long it looks like,china will be just like thailand where every other pack is seized. imo they are putting alot of people at risk.

I agree with that sediment.. Most of the more respected guys have since stopped open advertising, but it will never stop new guys who are trying to crack the market either.. I suppose free enterprise and greed is too blame to that extent.

If it were up to me, I'd make some unwritten new law.. factories should only deal with a short list of long term clients, and those disbutitors will only deal with long time bulk buyers.. And every thing perhaps even this post should remain underground. ?

On a philsophical note: While Greed is to often the down fall of many good things, In reality greed is also a intergral to our survival as a species... It can both create wars and end them.. Ain't life grand?
