Hi I'm currently 5'9.5" at 179 pounds. Male 24 years old.
A sample of a diet from one day is this Breakfast oatmeal or wheat bread with low fat cheese and turkey ham like @ 10:00am I take a low calorie snack, maybe a granola bar or an apple. 12:30 Salad (lettuce+tomatoes+some salad cheese) and chicken breast at 3:00 another snack like the one @ 10:00am 4:30-5:00 Something maybe like a turkey breast sandwich, a subway wrap but sometimes I take some other hard stuff but not always. Also I drink about 10-12, 20 oz bottle of water daily NO sodas, no candies My goal? I want to increase in muscle. I don't want to be a pro bodybuilder I just want to grow a little bit more |

lol, forget PH, I am not a pro planner for diet at your weight but guys around will help you.
Simple tweak in your diet can reach your goal as fast if not faster then a PH or Roids. So go back in the training and nutrition forum Not trying to be an ass, but PH and roids are the last tool to use. |

Jsut like NP siad...work the natural route for awhile before investing. Sucks to spend money on a cycle then lose all the gains.. Good luck and ask questions....after you do a search of course Quote:
