When i found this site i was doing research to see if maybe i should do a cycle. I am glad i came across this site cause i have learned a ton on the subject from these threads in particular. So i've been reading up everything i could find in last 2 months or so. I really think i'm ready. I got enough experience, my diet is very clean, im a good age and i think im at a good size. i really dont see any reason why not. I am going to go for bloodwork (i see alot of you on here recommend that) and if that comes back good i made up my mind i am going to do my first cycle (unless someone here gives me a compelling reason not to). from reading here i know you'll ask my stats so here they are.
5'7" (yeah im kind of short lol) 180 lbs 32 years old i got a scale that says i'm 12% bodyfat. not sure how accurate that is. 5 years lifting experience(seriously for the last 3 years) i have a very good physique. i have a lot of lean muscle mass (guess you could say im pretty cut) what im looking to do is put on about 10 lbs of lean muscle. basically i just want to get to the next notch. so after researching i think this is the way to go Week 1 to 10: 250mg of test (twice a week) wk 13: 40mg nolva and 100mg clomid a day wk 14: 30mg nolva and 50mg clomid a day wk 15: 20mg nolva and 50mg clomid a day from what i've read most ppl recommend test only for a first cycle so i'm going to go with that. pct i came up with myself (after reading various other posts) so criticism and recommendations are welcome. i think a 10 lb gain from this cycle is reasonable. anyone disagree? i'm looking to start this in a few weeks. any help would be appreciated.

thanks. one thing im worried about is gyno. i know itchy nipples is an early sign. anything else i shoud look out for?

Its a fundamental aspect of the cycle but too many people tend to overlook it and jump straight in. Surfer

oh yeah another thing i meant to ask but forgot. what about creatine? i thinking i really dont need to take it during the cycle. my plan was to do a creatine cycle and at the end of it start the test cycle. then do a creatine cycle again during pct to help keep gains? sound like a good plan? feedback about that would be appreciated

i was planning on starting this cycle in April but over the last 2 months i have not been going to the gym very much cause of a bout with tendonitis. i am just now getting over it (with the help of cortizone). one side of my brain is telling me to push it back a few weeks and get back into top shape. I dont really feel like i am at my peak like i did late last year and early this year. the other side of my brain wants to jump in and get started because it probably wont take very long to get back. i am leaning towards waiting though. just wondering if i am needlessly putting off cause i am sure i will get in tip top shape quickly especially running the cycle?? i am new to this so any feedback would be appreciated.

Another thing to watch out is that at the beginnig of the cycle you will get weaker then when the test kicks in about the 2rd to 4th week strenght will go up. It's not bad but you will feel a bit weak. Creatine? use it for pct if you like. I wouldn't use it before a cycle it tends to cramp you up and pull muscles like crazy once you stop and start the cycle. Not worth it IMO

im going to start this cycle really soon. not sure exactly when but it will be in the very near future. anyway, i ran into my source today. he was trying to talk me into running clen before i start my cycle. was saying that i will probably get some fat gains from the cycle so it would be good to lose some now. my bf is alittle higher than it was. im up around 13% right now. (again that is what my scale tells me, who knows how accurate). i dont really see how. i dont look any fatter lol, my diet has been clean. whatever. anyway, what he was telling me kind of made sense but i am no expert in this area at all. i told him i would let him know. this guy isnt a great friend, he's not one of my buds that hang with all the time. not sure if he blowing smoke up my a$$ to get me to buy some more of his stuff. what does everyone think?
