clen can be run solo in order to cut fat. You will get about a 50/50 response on whether or not its good to run during pct. It used to be commonplace to hear it as an addon to pct - now, not so common.

ok i did a little research on how to take it. if i decide to do it i want to go light on it cause its my first time. does this sound ok or am i way off base?

day 1-2 40mcg
day 3-4 off
day 5-6 40mcg
day 7-8 off
day 9-10 80 mcg
day 11-12 off


eventually bringing it back down to 40mcg a day again until the end.

i could be way off base here. i never really researched this too much until today. any feedback will be appreciated.

Naw, dont run clen for pct yet. Get a few cycles under your belt to get an idea how your body reacts during pct first. Chances are first time around it wont be perfect so no need to throw clen in the mix and screw up some gains. You can run it before if you want but should be able to get to 10% easy enuff without the aid of drugs.

Clen is usually run for 2 weeks on and 2 off from what i remember.

My opinion is to stay away from clen. There are plenty of other safe ways to lose fat.

Just my opinion and I have even done DNP, so I am by no means against chemical use.

Let's say you look in the mirror, how many abs can you see 4, 6, all 8?
If you can se 4 then you are not that fat IMO
If you think you want to loose some bf take a ECA combo and use it for 2-3 weeks. That will trim you up.
Another choice is to just lower the carbs a little along with cardio and loose as much fat naturally as you can.

I wasn't much fan of cuting before a cycle, but recently I changed my mind. It is so much better to start leaner into a cycle and be able to eat generously-

i have decided to put my cycle on hold for a few weeks. i want to try to trim down some bf. i dont like where i am at now. i want to get down to at least 11% before i start. i am not all that far off so i am going to try to do it with just cardio and diet. im just curious though why is everyone so down on clen? everything i have read was good stuff. i know about the sides but it seems to me that the worst side is insomia. maybe i missed something? i am thinking about taking it in the future. just wanted to get a little feedback about it. just interested. got to get going to bed. getting up at 530am to go for a 10 mile bike ride.

Clen is something that you do not know until you try it, what it does to you. Some ppl get the shakes really bad at low dosages, others get nothing in terms of effects until using high dosages. It's the shakes mostly that bothers some and the heart beat going crazy. 2 things I really hate, that's why I do not use it.

how long are nolva & clomid good for? i mean will they lose potency and effectiveness if they arent taken in a certain amount of time. for example when you get a prescription for any type of medication it usually expires in a year. the reason i ask is because i got my stuff late last year and if i start my cycle this weekend (or next) it will obviously be another 13 weeks before taking them. i just want to make sure they wont be bad by then. thanks in advance..
