What would be a good cycle for adding lean mass, while cutting body fat? I was thinkin test enan or prop. stacked with EQ maybe????? I have a few orals on hand(methoxy tst, mega trn) maybe they could be of assistance. I already have nova also....just tryin to decide on the perfect stack. Help me out fellas

I forgot to mention the reason Im thinkin of doin a cycle is because I wanna look nice and lean for my springbreak comin up in march, and maintain it throughout the summer....but anyways well about 5 years ago I use to weigh around 263, then I started workin out and changed my diet a little and over the years I came down to to around 205-210 which is what I have been lingering at for the past few years, and Im wantin to lean my body out as much as I can. As for my workouts I try to workout about every other day(full time college student with a part time job) I start out with:
workout 1 10-15min cardio 3x: bench press(220lbs), incline press(130lbs), tri-press(240), butterfly(130), traps(150) workout 2 10-15min cardio 3x: calves(290), legpress(400),shoulders(140), curls(90-100), set-ups, upper/lower back as for my diet it consistes of baked patato, chicken breast, turna on wheat, turkey/ham on wheat, water, and cranberry/apple juice....sometimes pizza, and bbq on weekends |
