Default First Cycle

What would be a good cycle for adding lean mass, while cutting body fat? I was thinkin test enan or prop. stacked with EQ maybe????? I have a few orals on hand(methoxy tst, mega trn) maybe they could be of assistance. I already have nova also....just tryin to decide on the perfect stack. Help me out fellas

Hey bro, I would wait a few more years your only 22 bro. you still have a lot to go. Just concentrate on your diet, that is the key.!! Post your diet and workout along with your stats bro. Lets see how we can help, before jumping into the gear.

I forgot to mention the reason Im thinkin of doin a cycle is because I wanna look nice and lean for my springbreak comin up in march, and maintain it throughout the summer....but anyways well about 5 years ago I use to weigh around 263, then I started workin out and changed my diet a little and over the years I came down to to around 205-210 which is what I have been lingering at for the past few years, and Im wantin to lean my body out as much as I can. As for my workouts I try to workout about every other day(full time college student with a part time job) I start out with:

workout 1
10-15min cardio
3x: bench press(220lbs), incline press(130lbs), tri-press(240), butterfly(130), traps(150)

workout 2
10-15min cardio
3x: calves(290), legpress(400),shoulders(140), curls(90-100), set-ups, upper/lower back

as for my diet it consistes of baked patato, chicken breast, turna on wheat, turkey/ham on wheat, water, and cranberry/apple juice....sometimes pizza, and bbq on weekends

Man looking at your routine, you are due to work on both your workout and your diet (not sure about the amount of everything but it looks like pizza, bbq and potatoe may be some carbs that you don't want and I don't see any oat

Try to figure out a better diet, people can help you over here easily, roids are no magic, if the rest isn't spot on, it wont be as successfull as it can be...

If you wanna be more ripped, then ask for some dieting advice and maybe add some ECA stack in your diet?
