Just completed a 3 weeker, today is 2nd day of pct. I think I m up about 6-7lbs. Considering some of that is water weight I m not happy with my results. This was my 3rd SD cycle this year I think I m getting immune to this crap.
After pct some recovery time since the holidays are around the corner and then come January Im getting on some test, no more PH, no more liver problems , back pains or lethargy. |

SD is worthless to me now, however I did make some good gains earlier this year so it wasnt that worthless in the beginning.
As far as the break goes, I m gona see how I feel in a few weeks time, I ll get some blood work done aswell. I m trying to bulk up before spring so I can cut up untill may-june so my timeline is a bit tight as far as my personal goals. Lets see what time brings |

All in all I ve been eating good and training hard for the most part of the year. I d say I ve gained a good 20lb this past year. I dont know how much of it was due to SD.
I eat very clean and try not to put on too much fat thats why I didnt opt to do an all out bulker but now that I m more stocky I kinda like it,might consider bulking up a tad bit more before I cut next year. |

I hear you on that one. I tend to loose about 2-3lbs after pct which is prolly water weight. The problem is my last test cycle I didnt gain as much as I wanted too.I was pushing down over 450g of protein a day and I was eating about 1800-2000 cals more than my maintenance diet and I only packed on about 12lbs. And then my boy comes along and he goes "hey man I gained a solid 10lbs in 3 weeks" and I m thinkin why dont I just pack on 10lbs in 3 weeks rather then 12lbs in 10 weeks. But I can confidently say the PH era in my life is oficially over. Not worth the stress it puts on and honestly speaking Ive been sober for so long I just wana get fuuukkked up
