Default Pro-hormones for me?

When asking for PH and cycle advice, INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING...

1) 27
2) 5'10" 180 lbs, 10% BF
3) 5 years lifting experience (personal trainer through Washington Sports Club and on my own)
4) Goal is to gain a little bit of mass, but want to lose BF% (getting down to 6% seems impossible) without losing mass. I have gotten down to 8% before. I hate thermogenics because of the jitters that they give me. (Hence why I would like to give PH a try.)
5) I eat relatively healthy. Here is sample day for me
9:00 Breakfast - 2 eggs scrambled, 2 pieces turkey bacon, half of potato, and glass of skim milk, glass of oj
10:30 AM Mid-morning - banana, some granola, cup of coffee usually
12:00 PM Lunch - Half a sandwich, or sandwich wrap (either tuna, turkey, or chicken, handful of pretzels or baked chips, apple juice or just water
2:00 PM Mid-afternoon - the other half of the sandwich from lunch, apple
4:30 PM Pre-Workout - Nitric Oxide Booster (TRAC)
*Workout for 1-2 hours* (This whole diet varies depending on whether I am weight training or doing cardio)
6:00 PM Post-Workout - Whey protein drink - 30-35 grams of whey
6:30 PM Dinner - quarter chicken dark from Boston market, green beans, new potatoes, and diet coke or water

I drink about a gallon of water a day.

6) No previous PH history - The only supplements I have tried are the Nitric Oxide boosters, creatine, and thermogenics.

I am fairly knowledgable in the area of fitness (i.e. eating, and training), but I try to remain as teachable as possible.

Any suggestions, advice is helpful.

This maybe a topic that LilSavage should answer as he is a pro and cutting is something he knows all too well. Try shooting him a PM.

I don't think you are eating enough to lose weight. Sounds odd, but it's true. I also don't think the sides you would experience with a PH, would off-set what a little tracking of meals and more cardio will give you. But look at your diet before looking at PH.

I feel like if eat anymore though, I will gain BF and not lose it. I will be the first to admit I could do more cardio, I just fear muscle loss from burning too many calories. U know?

I was thinking about trying a Tribulus 625 and ZMA stack. The more I read about Superdrol and 1-AD, the less is makes me wany to do it. I don't really want to permanently drop my body's natural ability to produce testosterone.

SD nor 1-AD will give you more side, and bloat you like a blimp. But there are smart ways to do this, but neither of these PH would give you any type of weightloss benefits. If anything, you would look at Clenbutrol and T3 stack... but then again, if you don't like Thermo's, you would really hate the shakes this would give you. Plus, it's very very strong and you would really want to understand these chemicals a lot before attempting them. The ZMA and Trib is okay, but don't put any stock in these for losing weight. We are talking about an herb, and some zinc/magnisium vitamin. Will it hurt, no, will it help, yes if you are low on zinc in your diet. Will it help lose fat, not one bit. If anything, add some CLA & Sesamine/Sesapure to your diet.

The diet is very weak. I couldn't even maintain any muscle on that diet. IF you want to lose weight, without sacrificing muscle.. keep the protein high, and drop the carbs, especially late in the afternoon. Do you really need those new potatoes..no. Track your meals (protein, Carbs, Fat, calories) You should be around 225 gms for protein, 180 carbs, 40 fat... this is a rough guess, but I'm betting I'm pretty close. Calculate your daily intake and see how far off these numbers you are.. I'm betting you are not even at the 150 gm of protein mark.

Lets see, 2 eggs, 10g, 2 pieces turkey sausage, 10 g, 2 pieces of turkey bacon 10g (30 grams for breakfast total)

Lunch (The meat they put on these wraps is quite a bit, but I would say its around 30-35 max)

Postworkout = 35 grams

Dinner = 30 grams or so

Glass of milk this morning = 8 g

I am definitely <150 for protein, but I would have major gas if took in anymore.....I forgot to add that I take a multi vitamin daily and 2000mg worth of fish oil caplets. What would i eat in place of the potatoes? more meat maybe?

always more meat. food is better, but you could add a protein drink in the morning, or before bed (w/milk). How about 4-5 eggs for breakfast. Double up on the protein in the PWO. Lots of places to pick up that extra protein.

I hear ya, well the eggs I can definitely add on because they are scrambled at the cafeteria here at work. You serve yourself out of a big bowl and you only pay one price. I will add a couple protein drinks in the morning with milk. Thanks for the advice guys.
