Hey buds.
Ron here. I came across this site looking for the best pro hormone that I would be able to use. So many choices and I dont know which to choose. Here's my stats:

Age-25
Height-6'1
Weight-161
Liver- Great shape

ONly these stats for now since thats what you guy ask for

So what should i take if I wanna gain mass

There an old PH that not a lot of people are aware of. Its called dedication. Its very potent.

I know you didnt. But I wont help you. IMO you are skinny (6'1" 161lbs) and need to workout first. You'll just lose what little if any gains you get cuz you may not know what your doing.

First of all you never asked me whether I worked out or not and have that experience. Second, I find it hard gaining weight. What I know now is that I need to eat more, and I read that a pro hormone can help. I researched alot of pro hormone and I read the sides. I'm willing to take them. I dont understand why you guys cant respect my decision and not so much of what YOU think. I just ask for general information and honest opinion about what I'm asking for over bias opinions. How can you even say all that? You act like you know me and meet me before. You dont know you I am.

I thought this place would give me an honest answer but I guess you and everyone is to bias bout their own thoughts and believes to help anyone.

If your the person who runs this Forum, I suggest you shut it down. You not helping me cause I'm new to this site and think since im new here I must be new to lifting. Dont assume everything bub.

Bench-195x5
Dead lift- 225x4
Squat-250x6

Arm Measurement- 17' 3/4

I started workin out when I was 22. Just turned 25 bout 2 months ago. but from when I was 22 I took a pretty long break cause I was depressed about my mother passing away because of cancer, so I was only left with myself until I got married.

Sorry that took awhile. Had to find the tape

Are you sure you measured those arms right? Usually arm size is close to bodyweight/10 (for shorter people less than 180lbs). I hope those arent E-Lifts. A little better than I expected but doesnt seem to jive with a 6'1" 160lb guy. I'm 5'8" and when I was 160lbs I was skinny as hell.

What are your goals? Do you want to gain weight and get stronger?

Are you 161lbs or 161kgs - If it's the latter, you are a monster

Great point cammo!! never thought of that (useless metric system )

Wait a minute...come to think of it...if he's 350+ lbs he shouldnt have any problems with eating.....pretty sure he's only 160lbs....not kg's

I hope I measured them right. I mean its not hard to. I know its hard to believe but reason why my arms are kinda big but everything else not so much is because I just wanted bigger arms. My job requires that I'm able to lift heavy objects( May Flower moving co) So maybe thats why. But yeah, gain weigt and alot stronger.

I already know that I need to eat more and work out more often. I just watched the fitshow show with Mike S on the chest and my form is bad

I just wanna use a PH that will aid the process faster rather than using it alone. Trust me I know I need to hav a healthy diet. I just didnt look into the PH area back then
