got your bloodwork done yet? You will need something for the bloat, and if you want to keep your hair.

I would add more 1ad. start the 1st two weeks with 300 and then move up to 600. At the same time bump up the 4ad to 1200.

how about a little background.. age, lifting experience, weight....

600 is too much for your first go around.

i cant see what relavance heavy lifts has to do with wether a cycle should be carried out or not. i could be 165lbs and bench 300 that doesnt mean that i would be ready for a cycle.

my cycle will prop be around april time so i still have 6 months of clean bulking before my cycle starts

LMAO! My bad, you are right - seeing strength progression isn't a good way to determine if your training and nutrition is sound.........what the f*ck what I thinking?

/sarcasm

So you know, the most knowledgable member of this board will all ask you the same set of question if this is the kind of answer you give to those more knowledgable guy, you'll end up with nothing at all.

Give us your big 3.
Your diet.
Your cycle goal, why do you want to cycle?
Training right now looking like what?

if people ask you question is to better answer your question.

LOL - homie chill out. Point I was trying to make was that if you can't get above 185 natty, how are drugs going to help you? There is obviously another underlying issue (diet/training/both) that you don't know about or are two lazy/ignorant to fix.

Either way, I have no comments on your cycle - good luck with whatever you choose.

Thanks for the apology, I feel better now - will you hold me? lol - dude, you don't need to f*cking apologize.......

If you are seriously getting in a min. of 3500 cals a day, then the issue is probably your training. And that shows with your strength (not trying to insult you here).

I would recommend you start a log and post your entire routine (sets/reps/weights included) in the diary section. You will get some help there........I have comments about what you put above for your training, but would like to see it all out there plus this is the phoromone section.

The other dudes can comment on the 1-ad/4-ad.......that isn't my thing.
