Exclamation Guys i need help

alright heres the deal. Im 19 and have been workin out for awhile. Im 170 n pissed. 1 year ago i was 150 at 10 percent bodyfat. This was because i was on a wrestling team. i was happy with my looks then, but not my size. i want to be bigger... alot bigger. now there is no wrestling team n all i do is run n lift. but my BMI has gone up to like 15. this is unacceptable to me. i have done alot of research on alot of different kinds of gear. And it seems like once i think i know something it turns out to be fake. i want to know everything there is to know about steroids. where to get, how to use, side effects, fakes, cycles, stacks, everything. i have thought about using M1T with a cycle of D-Bol and novadex. or D-bol with Winni-V n novadex. But everywhere i look it seems that it is an imitation and not the real deal. i cant stand it and need some help.I apologize if i am in the wrong forum and wasting peoples time. if i am i would like to know where to go to find out the things i need. thank you.

also i thought i would mention. i want to get alot bigger. like around 190-200lbs. but at about 7-8% bodyfat. idk if its possible but this is what i want SO BAD. im also concerned about side effects. like the whole penis shrinkin, roid rage, n ***** tits... not somethiing i want. thanks again guys

Do you honestly think that if you can't get above 170 with good nutrition and training, that drugs will do anything for you? If it was that easy, everyone would be huge.

Don't be an ass clown......you need help with nutrition and training. Go to the bb'ing section and post your training protocol. We will help you.

Besides, you are friggin' 19 and have no business using anyway.

BB'ing section?

im sorry which exact section should i go into? its not that i dont train hard i know i do. i must be messin somethin up though. n no i dont think that drugs is the miracle pill to help me get to my goal. but its seems like a rout that should possibly be looked at because i try so hard and train every single day and it seems like there are no more results. its frustrating.

That may just be your problem. You gotta get rest man. Post your routine. 4x a week is the most you should do if you want to gain size. Otherwise, you are bound to overtrain. Although it depends on the volume.

It just blows me away how many young people are looking at starting on gear for an easy way out. I mean you're 19, 5'11" and 170. I'm 18, like 5'10-11" and 178 and I still consider my self to be a small and no where near the point where I should be taking gear, if I ever do. You have at least another 30 lbs IMO before you should be taking anything. Give it a few years. If you don't know how to train, eat and gain weight at 170 lbs there is no way you should be on steroids.

Start doing some reading and getting your diet down. I find the diet part is much harder than the training. I enjoy training... I don't enjoy worrying when and what I should be eating.

That is a terrible routine and we will get to that later....maybe tomorrow, I have a friggin' headache after reading it.

How many cals are you getting in? Macro breakdown? Etc, etc.....

Lol. That makes 2 of us. Dude, do you realize your doing 36 sets a week for chest? Hitting each muscle group 2x a week is fine but you gotta drop the volume WAAAAY down. Like 4-6 sets per body part per workout.

Also, how do you expect to grow on 1500 calories a day? My wife eats more than that when shes cutting and she only weighs 130.

If I do that routine even on gear I will have bad results.

Train 3 days a week and remember less is better. That's why 80% of ppl on this board is on average 5-10 and weigh 165lbs. To get bigger you need to rest more like 4 days a week and train with progessively heavier weights. If you lift the same weight day in and day out your body has no reason to grow period!

Heavier weights = more muscle = more bodyweight to accomodate for the heavier loads. It's so basic.
I had a similar discusion with another member who even after I gave him step by step directions still expanded his routine to a higher volume. So, unless you different I will bet that you are not going to listen either.
BTW, steriods will do nothing for you. If you are not making progress naturally don;t even bother with gear it will just mess you up more

bump

1500 cals is very low. plus the volume he does adds to the deficiet even more. body is probably in starvation mode.
