Hello all,
I've been researching on the said subject for a good few months and been contemplating heavily on starting a cycle. But, I'm not so sure if I'm ready to start yet, due to my size. Currently, I'm 28, 6' and about 170lbs. Been exercising and lifting for a bit over a year now and seem to have to hit a plateau. My diet is stable and my workouts are consistent as well. I have had a personal trainer for a few months, which helped alot. But, personally, I would prefer to gain about 20ish more lbs. thanks in advance for reading and your opinions and suggestions. |

At 6' you really need to get up to a lean 200lbs or more before you are ready for a cycle. My advice to all is you need at least 5 years of hard and consistent natural training before even considering a cycle |

Everyone hits plateaus, the difference is finding a way to break straight through them with your training and diet and gaining valuable experiance in bodybuilding or taking a 'wonder pill' and never really learning anything.
just because you've hit a snag point doesnt mean you've hit your natural limit, at 170lbs i'd say your a 30-40lbs away and a good 3-4 years of training under your belt from that point.
