before properly researching into starting my first cycle i was thinking about a deca cycle but after researching this site for a few months and realising the ignorance of that, the general view seems to be that the best thing to do is a test e cycle. either used alone or as abase steroid.i am looking to take my bodybuilding to the next level but dont really want to take something which is going to give me a high level of androgenic effects.i natrually have a small fram and so dont want to completely blow up and look stupid. i am abit wary of this.i have a lot of buddies who juice but only 2 of which have taken test.furthermore,one of them stopped not long on to the cycle because of spots.as i have a problem with spots i also think that i would suffer badly from this.any advice/opinions/info.

just actually measured myself and i am 5.8".even 12 stone at 5.8" and a very low bf% you would say is too small? even if this is so, i would appreciate your advice on this, if only for future reference. and would i be right in thinking that a sust and deca cycle would be no good for me.

Sust and deca is a more advanced cycle where you need to know the sides really well from both compounds to get through. Deca acts bizare in some ppl, (I personally love it) and sust is a test blend but I'm not too crazy about it.
Bottom line is this, get your weight up to about 190+lbs then you will be in better position to hold on to the new gains otherwise you can become just a statistic in the gym from blowing up then loose everything and some more.

il do that then.but fromm what i have stated at the start of the thread, is there any reason you would advise agains test e?, im just a bit wary of going from using nothing at all to starting a frist cycle using what seems to be a very powerfull steroid in test-e with a greater potential for androgenic effects as advised by most on this site to use for a first cycle. the reason i was interested in deca was that it seemed to be not as strong and although i am wanting to pack on some good size, would be better for making me look sort of lean.but as i said, that was before i researched it properly and found out that deca alone would be a bad idea for reasons such as losing gains, deca dick etc. i will take your advice and try to put on some more size naturally (as hard as i am findin it to do at the mo) but i am wanting to get everything sorted for when i do start taking juice so i make the best decisions for my cycle.

one more q. might sound like a stupid question to some of you but if you are planning on doing one cycle and cycle only, would this in any way hinder yuor effects of gaining muscle when training naturally afetr steroid use? one reaon i say this is you hear of people being left with a low test level afterwards and if your test level is lowered does that not make a difference? is your test level only lowered if you do not do proper pct?

Its kind of complicated to explain all of your questions right now, but in general yes while on a cycle natural test levels are low to non existant. That's why you need PCT to get those natural test levels back. There are many compounds that ppl take while on cycle to prevent a numbers of things and as you read more you will find out that there is more than one way to do a cycle.
