Hello lads, well im 25 been training for just over 18months and its cycle time
i have thought about it alot and it is time, im here for advise from you all i plan on running Test Iranian @ 500mg a wk for 12wk's for PCT im using Novla & Clomid any advise please people? oww, i have my test and pct all here ready, i just need to know what pinz to get 20G to withdraw and 22G to inject? is this right? |

Id wait too. but if youre gonna go ahead and do it, cut the dose way back. That iranian test is stronger than the label says. i think it tests out at 333mg/ml which means youd be taking 666mg/ml a week. Thats way to much for a first cycle. Just take half(one ampuole) a week. As for the pinz, you can draw and inject with a 22ga just fine. In fact, you can do both with a 28g if you wanna to delt injections.

The other thing is youll make incredible strength gains and the rest of your body is not ready yet to handle the extra weight. Ie your tendons, ligaments, and joints. Youll almost certainly end up with an injury. Thats part of the reason ppl say to train for 4-5 years first. good luck with whatever you choose.

I waited till i could do 225 on the bench before i even thought about steroids. That only took me a year of lifting to get there but if youve been lifting 18mos and can only put up 120 then id be taking a serious look at my training program. If you can only bench 120, youre nowhere near ready for roids.

How "SPOT ON" is your diet, post it and let us check it. By the looks of your physique and bf%, I think it needs some adjustment, not trying to bash just being truthful. Your diet should be on all the time, not just when you are on gear. Not braggin but I waited to gear until I was 29 I am now 32, I tried to hit my natural gains to the fullest and I was benching 225 for 31 reps.
Cycle advice from me to you, would be to wait as noted above. Takes lots of protein in the whole food form, clean carbs, rest, otc supps, train heavy, and be consistent in all. Just my opinion, I am no expert. Good luck in your choice. |

Meals Rice + Kidney Beans + Chicken Breast "GRILLED" Rice + Kidney Beans + Minced Steak "Drain fat after cooked" Pasta + Pasta Bake tommatoes etc Pasta + Garlic + fresh tommatoes Steak n Eggs + 2 toast (brown) Pasta Tuna Mayo Burger n Rice 330g pasta+tin of tuna+jar of tomato sauce spread over 3 meals one at lunch, 1 2 hour before workout and 1 when i finish Nibbles rice cakes + peanut butter (natural whole not ****e) oat cakes + peanut butter Boiled Egg protien bar flap jack plain Breakfast Scrambled eggs 4 - 7 Keep Yokes Milk + Oats / Bran flaks 2scoops of Reflex Whey (ban) Mulit vit tab 2more shakes in the day |
