Exclamation Nolva Dosing
Do guys spread your doses of Liquid Nolva throughout your day? For example IM using 20mg/ml-60ml Liquid Nolva. 1 serving= 20mg of Liquid Nolva (I know this is a little off due to the ester weight etc.) But if I need to use 60mg, so I woud be using 3 servings. Can I spread the doses throughout the day or would one 60mg serving first thing in the morning suffice?

the half life is long enough that one dose is sufficient. Just try to take your dose at the same time each day.

Ok and just for re-assurance. If I'm taking 40mg of anyone pro-hormone for 3 weeks. Would a 3 week tapered PCT of Nolva 60/40/20 be perfect? Accompanied by NAC and MT of course =D

Just curious! Does eating with or around the same time you drop the Nolva drops affect the potency? And is it more benneficial to take with water?
