Okay, I am a 21 year old athlete ( basketball, squash, running.. etc)
Im in athletic shape, more cardio then muscle Id say. Ive taken Creatine/Glutamine, but went off that when really I felt was doing zlich for my body. On the other hand, I cut back the cardio, trained heavy, and packed down the weight gainer. 6'6 180lbs, lankily athletic?, but like I said Im in good shape. Just got a medical done as well, beleive it or not, I used to way 165 :| Ive been trying to bulk for some time now, so heavy training , heavy eating (whole foods + weight gain ) and im up to about 195 now. Its a plateay, and im still only about 9-11% bf. Im making a move with an easy cycle, and thinkign about M1T, a lot. Friends that powerlift, BB, and are into weightlifting take M1T, so ill throw out what they tell me. Cycle it 2 weeks / 2 weeks off PCT They just recommend 6-0x0 , either Metacort, or Dermabolics. (Easier to find compared to that Nolvadex ****.) Um.. for the backpain, increase potassium intake, and even taurine, whether or not supplemented or taken with energy drink preworkout. Ive never had any sides, or extremeties with regards to testicular atrophy, so taking an HCG would not be anything I need. For the headaches/blood pressure - Hawthorne Berry, Garlic/Celery Root extract.. For the liver approx 1000mg milk thistle (80%=> silymarin) B-6 100mg was also taken for the geno affects, that I never really ever had, so nto sure abotu taht there. I dont really know if im missing anything, or is there anyhting here that my friends are missing/saying wrong. I want to really know if these are the thinsg I am taking.. whats the dosage recommend, and when. (prework/postwork) (precycle/during cycle/postcycle) Thanks a bunch. I work out about 4-5 times a week, usually a day off in between 2-3 days. Anything needed to know, ill update this thread, and answer questions. Thanks a lot yall. |

So, you do have more cardio then muscle. Meaning you are probably a track kid build. At 6'3" 180lbs you are nowhere near either having the training knowledge or actual mass needed to run a cycle. Odds are the creatine and glut did nothing because your training and diet knowledge is not up to par. You think Nolvadex is **** but somehow that OC **** is better? Did you expect to get some fanfare by taking a crap on the staple for just about everyone's PCT here? There is a reason it's a staple. You also think M1T is a beginner cycle. Have you read about the sides of M1T? Do you know what it does? Because if you did you would know it's not. You have no idea what you are doing and have no place doing a cycle with the amount of knowledge you have right now.

M1T is not a beginner or easy PH, is more a steroid with some incredible effects. You still a little young for steroids as well. Indeed M1T makes you very strong but it can give you gyno when you least expect it and makes you drowsy as well.

6-oxo isnt good enough PCT and I doubt it would help gyno if you encountered any... I dont see any test along with the m1t, so chances are you will get shut down faster than a desktop PC running windows 98 (lethargy, etc etc theres many sides of m1t).. A beginner cycle? As stated above, m1t is probably one of the most harsh roid out there... Several people get good gains, but at high prices and i surely wouldnt want m1t being my first cycle lol..
I agree with all the above statements as well, AAS should be out of your mind until your more ready.

The most inportant thing you are missing is a brain, come on man, keep hitting those weights, M1T is way to harsh, I'd rather to a cycle with rat poision than M1T, oh wait a moment it is rat poision, You can expect complete shut down, and gyno. Def. not the way to go for your first cycle.

You dont understand, I do eat 6 meals a day at least, I do take weight gainer in between, Ive been workign out for 3-4 years.
The thing I am saying Is I am mostly based on cardio. As my track career is pretty much over competively, I am going to spend it bulking up. |

All yall recommend reading and studying the stuff before, thats what Im doing.
I didnt saty I was going to take it, and im not going to until I know all I can about it, and even then, might not bother with it. THe thing that I am finding confusing is that there is NOLVADEX (perscription necessary, in Canada nayways, if im wrong tell me why/how) and a Novedex (Gaspari ) XT (Pro-Testosterone Amplifier w/Anti-Estrogen) (is this legit for a PCT) |

Your first cycle should be test. Test enanthate, test prop, test base, or any other kind of test. M1T is not the best choice for a first, second, or any other cycle for that matter. Honestly I think anadrol would be a better choice than M1T, at least that way you're getting the best gains for your troubles.

Would it be possible that anyone here have MSN or anything where we could actually have a conversation about this topic , and maybe you could help answer my questions.

Why don't you do this, say I'm a novice and just want to learn about steroids and PH's. Hang around here for a while, read posts get involved in conversations etc. You want to be spoon fed right now, given sources on steroids, anciliaries and so forth. There might be ppl here that would help but if they have half a brain they would not because you are not ready for anything yet. I know it is a harsh post but is the God honest truth, and I do not mean any disrespect to anybody on this board or you.
