Default hey newbie here

I'm a newbie, my name is matt and i just started checking out the site... I used to be extremely fit and lifted on a regular basis. I used creatine and the pro hormone androstenedione back in the day and had awesome gains. I then got a job full time and lifting became the last thing on my mind....three years later and i've been lifting on a regular basis and running for about 2 months.... what enhancers do you guys recommend for someone looking for moderate quick gains rather than all out muscle adding. I currently am 5'10 150lbs and am physically fit...i am looking to get around 175-180 solid without being massive thanks !!!

I recomend a good clean diet with lots of protein, at least 1.5g of protein per pound. Increase your weights drop the reps and just hit the weights hard. Do some more reading and searching, there is plenty of info here, nobody is going to spoon feed you if you don't search first.

Everyone worries about getting too "massive"...Like it is going to happen overnight or with little effort.

Bro...Go for massive! If you want killer gains you need to train with the mindset that you are going to get huge and you need to do everything that goes along with being a monster. If you train to get "sort of big" or "not all out massive" you won't really get quality gains IMO...

I wouldn't even consider 180 big, much less MASSIVE. Matter of fact, that's still kind of small.

my goal was to get to 180 lbs and lean but i'm not too far from it and it seems small to me. when he gets to 180 lbs he'll change his goals to 195-200 lbs.

And then when he is 200 like me he will change goals again and want to be 240-250 like I want to be. It is never enough.
