Ok there's a hormone that is supposedly released into your bloodstream when you do work outs....well the squats deadlifts and bench press is supposed to release the most of this hormone because they are the biggest muscles that can be worked and you're working many of them....well when this is released into your blood stream how exactly does it "increase muscle size"
isn't it supposed to synthesize the protein that your body takes in and convert it into muslce tissue or something to that effect... well please if i can get some detailed answers that make sense that would be great |
