ive been reading a bit online and it seems like 1AD with 4AD is a good combo to start with. i am 24, been lifting pretty regular since high school and ive made some good gains but want to put on more. i am 6 foot 175, bout 6-10% fat, and wanna put on 15 to 20lbs. is 1ad , 4ad good to start with?
i really would appreciate some feedback cuz i dont wanna mess myself up. thanks |

thanks for the advice. my problem is that i am a hard gainer, i know i just gotta eat more, but im lookin for a good supplement to help me break this plateau ive been having. what would yall recomend? ive heard good things bout no-xplode and nlarge and xpand. what would be a good stack for me?

How about chicken breast, wholemeal bread, oats, vegetables, tuna, turkey......
