Default first timer on prohormones HELP pls

ive been reading a bit online and it seems like 1AD with 4AD is a good combo to start with. i am 24, been lifting pretty regular since high school and ive made some good gains but want to put on more. i am 6 foot 175, bout 6-10% fat, and wanna put on 15 to 20lbs. is 1ad , 4ad good to start with?

i really would appreciate some feedback cuz i dont wanna mess myself up. thanks

i guess you forgot to read the part about them being banned and illegal for a while now...

Why the hell are you taking prohormones at 175lbs at 6'? You haven't learned nearly enough about lifting if you are 6' 175lbs, unless you have a VERY lift bone structure. at 6' 175 I was still scrawny even at 8%

thanks for the advice. my problem is that i am a hard gainer, i know i just gotta eat more, but im lookin for a good supplement to help me break this plateau ive been having. what would yall recomend? ive heard good things bout no-xplode and nlarge and xpand. what would be a good stack for me?

How about chicken breast, wholemeal bread, oats, vegetables, tuna, turkey......

That there's the best stack you could start with!

If you know you 'just gotta eat more'....just do it!
Get the calories you need to bulk from food.
