Default Prop Pain

Im almost coming to an end to my Test E/EQ cycle here. I ran the cycle for 10 weeks 500mgs of Test and 400mgs of EQ. I deceided to throw in some prop at the end here from week 10-12 to keep blood levels stable up until PCT. I've never ran Prop before but knew it was the most painful. But jeez man i woke up this morning and my arm feels like its ready to fall off hahaha. I can mix this with some B12 right to hopefully elleviate some pain? Im afraid of pinning in the glute tommorow-i wont be able to sit down!!!

Um, actually if you pin the upper quarter of the glute, the ball of swelling you develope shouldn't be to bad that it causes lots of discomfort. I'd say the glute is the best place to take prop.... diluting it will help, but if possible really get a good deep muscle massage from a loved one.. You want to move that hormone around as much as possible so it's not concentrated to much in any one spot.

Also Ibuprofin is your friend for the next little while... it will keep the swelling down a bit, and with the pain, and the tightness.

Yea, prop is painful. I will never use it there no need to be in such pain
especially that I'm not competing or anything

I liked it. I treated this cycle as a cutter. I cleaned my diet up extremely well. I stayed about the same weight on the scale-granted i havent started PCT but ive noticed my clothes fit better or looser and i look good naked.
