I'd say the glute is the best place to take prop.... diluting it will help, but if possible really get a good deep muscle massage from a loved one.. You want to move that hormone around as much as possible so it's not concentrated to much in any one spot. Also Ibuprofin is your friend for the next little while... it will keep the swelling down a bit, and with the pain, and the tightness.

Yea, prop is painful. I will never use it there no need to be in such pain
especially that I'm not competing or anything

I liked it. I treated this cycle as a cutter. I cleaned my diet up extremely well. I stayed about the same weight on the scale-granted i havent started PCT but ive noticed my clothes fit better or looser and i look good naked. But like i said i havent started PCT so im not fully finished yet. but i didnt put on as it looks much visible water weight. My first cycle just test E and bloated like a MF. but like i said my diet was cleaner and i did more cardio this time around.
