help with cycling Pherra plex and ephedra

I just finished a bottle of pherra plex which lasted a month and I had amazing results. I started talking lipodreme at the same time which is an ephedra pill basically, and I gained 4 pounds and lost 5 % body fat. I would like to keep taking these but I heard you have to cycle them, at least the pherra plex. Is it best to take a break from ephedra after a month as well? how long should i cycle off these?

I really think you need to do some research. Are you doing any sort of PCT? Good luck either way, but to me it sounds like your playing with fire.

BTW: YOU MUST CYCLE PHERA PLEX! You are going to kill your liver if you don't and your gains will slow down and eventually stop...

WOW!!!!!! Do yo even know what PP is and what is does????? How much of this is all wrong and extremly dangerous.!!!! I am sure you have a well planned PCT correct!!!!!

I believe PP usually comes in 90ct bottles right? which would lead me to believe he ran 30/30/30/30 which is insane in my book.
