A very important thing to remeber is that when you gain weight your fat cells grow in size, when they reach a certain size they divide. The number of cells you have will never decrease but they can increase! When you diet or use clen, etc you simply shrink the fat cells, from big to small. But they are energy whores and if you give them excess calories they will fill right back up again. So overweight people who loose weight always easily bounce back and thats why!
So YES you can keep the weight off, you will have to decrease cals or increase cardio after clen to make up for the lost heart rate/basal metabolic rate possibly but you can do it. |

I thought you have a certain amount of fat cells and they only increase in size not divide and multiply. I guess I was wrong
Got to do some research

Hey Fritzer I think you are wrong. fact is that fat cells do not multiply after puberty -- as your body stores more fat, the number of fat cells remains the same. Each fat cell simply gets bigger!

Hey Guys,
Thanks for the great replies! Even though there is some debate as to fat cells splitting or not, the basic question was answered. I remember in Anatomy and physiology in College, our instructor explained how fat cells can never go away, and how once you lose weight, it's hard to keep it off because the fat cells are still there. He also mentioned that the only way to get rid of the fat cells was to have them surgically removed. I was thinking that Clen possibly somehow destroyed the fat cells. I was pretty sure it wouldn't, but I figured I'd ask. Thanks again guys. |
