jimmyjd has a spectacular aura about
Default some post cycle questions

Hello, i'm just finishing up my 2nd 3 weeks cycle of SD and i've gained 10lbs so far. None of it appears to be water retention either. My questions are:
1. Is Nolva, lifting heavy, and eating right sufficient to keep my gains?
2. I'm going to start cutting in a few weeks, when i'm finishing up my PCT of Nolva, and I was wondering if Glutamine is really that beneficial in helping me keep my gains?
3. I've never really have cut up seriously before in the past, and I was wondering if lifting heavy and working every muslce out once a week is okay for keeping gains, plus eating ,less carbs and calories and my body weight in protein, does that sound right?

To answer question #1 yes that is about all that you can do to keep your gains and it should be sufficient.

As for the other questions I don't have answers for them.

2 no. You will keep your gains by maintaining a strong diet. Don't start cutting your calories till you are finished up with your PCT. The quickest way to lose your gains is to go from bulking to cutting and not let your body adjust.

3 I don't know about only working out once a week, but yes, start by cutting calories and carbs while keeping the protein high. Maybe cut back a set or two and add a little more cardio into your routine. IT's all you need.

1. yes
2. If you want to keep gains do not cut earlier than a month after finishing PCT
3. No, you can either diet, cut down on calories and work out with lighter weights OR
eat normal cut the fat to about 50grams a day and lift moderatly/heavy with
2-3 times a week cardio

You can either go light on lifting and cut food intake with little cardio OR eat normal, less fat, go medium to heavy lifting with more cardio.
Hope I understood you corectly
