Default Damn I hate the Pruning.

What is the point of Pruning one of the most memorable and informative posts from recent memory? why even have a forum?

Remember the gentlemen that run a SD cycle and went through the trouble of getting blood work done? That clearly demonstrated that ldl and hdl numbers did not go back to normal even after pct, and a number of weeks equal to that of the cycle length.

This is important factual information...

I"m pissed again.. thanks.

If a mod would care to make mention of this bullshiet that is going on in the mod forum, so Jim knows what the hell is going on, I'd appreciate it.

This pruning blows rotten monkey corpse.

Thumbs down

I agree...completely...

What if you had a huge 60 page journal that was deleted because you had to leave the country for a while and were unable to log on...I would be extraordinarily pissed...Hell, right now we are bumping Surferph's log just to keep it alive because he hasn't been here in a month or so...

DOWN WITH PRUNING IN ANY OTHER SECTION OTHER THAN THE DUMP!

ryan, a lot of the older posts were deleted to clean up space, I assume. So, there was a lot of good information that was lost. I feel Poobah's pain there and everyone else's who is looking for those older good posts.

But as TGuy said, no more pruning except for the dump and general chat which isnt much of a loss there.

Default Cholesterol info...

On the topic of the post that was pruned.

I just had my cholesterol checked 1 week ago. My total was 190 with good cholesterol being only 30 and bad being 160.

This was after a 6 week cycle of Prostanzonal, Pheraplex, and SD.

Weeks 1-4 20mg Pheraplex 150mg Prostanzonal
Weeks 5-6 20mg SD

5 Weeks of PCT Using 6-OXO, Retain, and Rebound XT, BN's Pro Liver.
Also took Red Rice Yeast, CLA, Fish Oil, Flax Oil, and Prostate support throughout the whole cycle.

It was 4 weeks past the end of the PCT when my blood was tested. Everything else (Liver, Kidney's, blood sugar, etc) were normal. Only the Cholesterol is still messed up.

Increased my fish oil intake, added Oatmeal and smart balance to my diet. Will have the Cholesterol checked again in 5 weeks.

Age 35 Ht 5' 8" Weight 192 BF 9%
