How much time between SD cycles?

I did a 2 week cycle of Superdrol at 10/20mg, and I took 40/30 of Nolva for these past two weeks since i've been off it. I have enought left in the bottle for antoher 2 week cycle. I didn't have any negative side effects, my libido was fine and everything. Is 3 weeks between cycles too short considering i did only a 2 week cycle at low doses. I've kept most of my gains, about 8-9lbs.

That is at least 1 week to short. The rule of thumb is that time on equals time off including pct. So, you should take at least 4 weeks off. Did you get any bloodwork done. I know you took low dosage, but that stuff is harsh on the lipids. I really destroyed mine and felt fine until I saw the test results.

So is a month and a half off too short of a timeto start another cycle? Will my lipids have recovered by then? Will taking RYR and CQ protect my cholesterol and lipids at all?
