Whats the proper dose of hawthorn berry for lowering blood pressure?

the NOW brand comes in 550mg caps....i normally take 2 per day, but will go up to 4 (2200mg) if the BP is high.

The brand I take has 565 mgs per capsule. I take 2 daily. Worked great for me.

If you can, find Hawthorn extract. Just more potent, requires less per day. Of course it is more expensive, but NOW makes it.

I did a review on the liquid exract(search for it) i prefer it over the pills cause when you take 54039 pills in the morning it kinds blows..

yes more expensive, and you dont get as much as you would if you get the capsules

But it dosent taste bad and you take it with a small amount of water and your done

you know....i got the extract and it wasnt doing shiiit for my BP. im using the normal stuff now with no issues.
