i have been taking T3, winstrol, and clen. i am in my 6th week of my 8week cycle, and so far i have lost 30lbs. i started at 240 now i am 210. I am also sure i lost more fat wieght, but i did replace alot with muscle. I recommend this cycle to others. many will say not to take win on its own, because its hurts like hell and can make ur joints sore. i agree to this..but if ur willing to take the pain, then try it. ITS WORTH IT.

recommendations on what weeks i should run clen?
1-3 dbol 1-10 enanthate 7-12 winstrol 7-12 tren ace 13-16 pct i was thinking 4-5 , 7-8 , 11-12 40/40/40/60/60/60/80/80/60/60/60/40/40/40 (will adjust dosages as necessary)

hey sorry for the late response, but this is the way that i did it. Now alot of people might not agree with my method, but down here this is what the trainers recommend.
week 1 win 100mg (2 shots in a week) week 2 win 150mg (3shots in a week) week 3 win 200mg (same as above) week 4 win 250mg (same as above) week 5, 6, 7, 8 is going back down...250mg, 200,150, 100 Clen was used for the full 8 weeks, 2 days on and 2 days off. ramp it up to 4 and held it at 4 for a bit and ramped it down T3..i used this starting in week 3. like so .25, .25, .25, .25, .5, .5, .5, .5, .75, .75, .75, .75, 1.0, 1.0, 1.0, 1.0....and back down.. as far as my work outs...i did a min of 45 min rpm bike spining class 5 days a week and then i lifted weights. mon tues wed th fri sat chest back shoulder chest bicep shoulder tricep bicep legs back tricep running forarms Now the KEY THING HERE IS,,,DIET. you got nothing with out a good diet. And i am not a disciplined person when it comes to food. So be very very very keen on the diet part and what you eat. another key thing, no carbs after 6pm, i dont if you work out at night, like how i do, just drink a protien shake. my starting weight was 240lbs. now i am in the 2nd last week and i am holding still on 210. I have a starting bf% of 29%. I dont know what it is now, but i will get it done after i am done. I do know i lost alot of weight, and i am sure i lost more, and it has been replaced by muscle. Will this work...sure it can work as long as your are disciplined.( man i starved myself at nigh) How sure am I, i cant garuntee it beause everyone's body is dif. TO BE HONEST THE BEST THING TO DO, and i have learned this..IS DIET AND HARDWORK...this will work the best for you. DIET DIET DIET DIET, i believe that is what helped me lose the weight the best. my suggestion, try the diet route for 6 months and you can drop 10 percent of your body wieght in that time. Medically speaking 10 percent is alot. after that think about doing the cycle. |

wow that winstrol dosage is high, and 2 shots a week is pointless because its full potential is gone in under a day...most people will tell you 50mg every day or 25mg every 12 hours
