If you run SD for more than three weeks you are taking serious risks with your health. Your liver would be freakin' pickled after a 6 week cycle...don't do it.....

yes it is harsh...
That's about half the equation.. the other half and probably the bigger more demanding half is that most users expereince most of thier gains in that 3 week period of time.. at which point gains taper off. Although, alot of what that's all about is more about glycose stores reaching maximum capacity over the innitial 2-3 weeks... and little to do with muscle gains.. cause real muscle gains should be fairly steady through out 3 or 4 even 6 weeks... But due to the ldl, hdl, liver issues, you really shouldn't go much beyond 3 weeks.
