hell yea.. Delts are a rather easy muscle to pin.. the doctor won't think twice.. just aim and stick.
Actually it's good to get comfortable with other pinning locations before you attempt a prop or acetate cycle, cause you'll need to know how to cycle 6 or more locations. get comfortable.. do it.

i used 1" 25g for all my spots...delts, quads, and glutes....I go all the way in an bury the pin though....and all is good!
