Hello, I would like to tell my results from my recent cycle. I did 10/20/30 and I am currently on my first week of pct. I gained around 20 pounds of weight. I gained a lot of strength. I went from a max of 160 pounds to 200 on the bench and the squat from 225 to 300. I was wondering if anyone knew if these gains would keep coming. Every week I increase about 15 pounds on the bench. Also, does anyone know how long it is safe for a 130 pound person to eat 200 grams of protein a day.

I know that I shouldn't have done it at 130, but I did. I think that the diet did have a lot to do with it, but I just wonder about the strength gains. Do you think that they will continue to increase like this. I do feel that I am losing momentum. When I was taking sd I felt like a monster and know I just feel like another day in the gym. But, I am still improving. Also, I have noticed that I am getting acne pretty bad know that I stopped the sd. Any reasons.

you will lose quite a bit of the strength and who knows how much weight.
I too have noticed an increase in acne since stopping the Masterdrol, but it isn't bad. It could also be linked to my pct supplements as well. |
