I am 5 weeks out of my first cycle which was
1-5 dbol 30mg 1-10 test enan 500mg wk Two weeks into pct which is rxt and nolva. during my cycle I was up 21lbs now I have lost 10lbs. I have kept up a good high calorie diet and still lifting. What I am wondering is this about the normal amount of loss post cycle? I expected to lose some but I am starting to get a little worried and I feel small, which sucks! |

Something else to think about... if 10 pounds was water weight... would you say the remaining 11 pounds is almost all muscle? or is there fat involved?
IF there isn't much fat involved, you've done really well... but probably would of done better if you increased calories.. just a thought.

Sounds like it's in your best interest to establish your base line bmr... I'm worried if you revert back to normal calories you could widdle down those gains further...
If you didn't gain any fat, you definately didn't eat enough... and chances are that will apply post cycle, unless you make changes to make sure it doesnt. I wish I had your problem.. lol
