Default helping test to work better...

i was thinking about this the other day....we supp with high levels of test on cycle. in order for test to do it work, it needs help from MANY other compounds/minerals/vitamins/etc. what substances help test to work and should we supp with higher doses of these account for the crazy test levels???

we might be wasting a lot test due to the fact that it simply cannot be utilized by the body because of inadequete internal supplies.

ideas? feedback?

I'd say for the most part... we satisfy our needs, with the sheer volume of food we eat on a typical cycle... I also take 3 multi-vitamins per day just to make sure... Other then the obvious, probably vitamin E is big plus.

most of us already know the importance of high doses of vitamin C.. I'm just wondering now though, if it's role as a powerful anti-oxident would have any effect in terms of clearing receptors? Don't know...

As for making the most of Test... if you want to take something that would have a direct impact, then you'd be best served an SHBG binder... Activate, proviron, masteron, m5, etc....

not sure that what you looking for...

here is an example: lets say vitamin D helps test to increase protein sythesis at a cellular level (just an example...NOT fact). if we are taking in a lot of test, but keep our level of vitamin D the same, then we are limiting what the test can do.

the mentality what i am trying to convey is "the system is only as strong as its weakest link" if vitamin D runs out before test does, then test is not being maximized.

i know about SHGB binders, but that does not address the "weakest link"

I dont think the stronger than the weakest link applies best here - seems too absolute. Of course, if you have a weak link in the chain - it would be a bit of a hinderance, but most factors are weighted. example, if you have perfect diet and exercise program, along with a cycle, you will still make huge gains. something smaller may cause a hinderance, but if one of the major factors is off, say diet, you are in for serious problems. So I guess what I am saying is all factors are not equal. SHBG is a big part as well - as anyone who has done test alone vs test and dht/m5aa/mdht/proviron/masteron/winny will tell you.
