spot injections are killin me

Can some1 reccomend a needle to use to for spot injections on biceps and shoulders? Currently using 21gramm heads and boy my arms hurt.

and btw anyone know how to aspirate your lats?

I think you mean 21 gauage, and thats far too big (for most people) to shoot bi's and delts. Invest in some 23 and 25 gauge needles.

25G for arms/delts.
