keep shakes to 2 times a day off days and 3 max on training days....but less is better..and eat meats and eggs and lots of them!

Bump on the protein from food... Shakes are great but I mainly use them for post-workout and before bed....stick with food for the majority of your daily protein intake...

Ok I got a concern, I am fixing to start my cycle on monday. The concern I have is that i was gathering all my pills together when I noticed that some of my Nolva pills have a slight yellow discoloration, When i got them they were bright white!!!!!! Should I worry about this ????? They were stored in it's own container. ????

Not sure about the discoloration....I haven't heard of that happening before...
As for food....Eat plenty of grilled chicken, tuna, lean steak, milk, whole grains, etc....basically clean foods and lots of them. Your body will need a ton of calories to put on the maximum muscle during your cycle.

I have been loading up on my support supps, for about a week now so I am ready.
