As for the SD cycle you will need to keep your calories really high as your body will be crying for as much protein as you gan give it. You need those extra cals to fuel the mass gains....it seems like a lot, but you will be glad that you did it when it is over....3,000 calories a day really isn't a whole lot when you are bulking (especially on SD).

Ya I was currently cutting cause I was to big for my height 5'5" 214lbs, as of today 198 lbs. I guess the 3000cals a day doesn't sound to bad. I will have to up my Protein intake some more, right now about 100mg a day. Well after I run SD I will take a little time off, and then come back with a cutting cycle afterwards. I better open the pocket book up for all that extra food I am going to need.

Oh yeah...I would suggest 1.5g of protein per lb of body weight....especially on SD...

Ya that sounds right I meant 100g of protein a day My freakin fingers have a mind of its own on the keyboard.

Question regarding Protein, when you are bulking how much of that protein is shakes and how much of that is through food. Cause if Iam correct protein in food form is absorbed in 12 hours and in liquid state it is 6 hours.!!!

keep shakes to 2 times a day off days and 3 max on training days....but less is better..and eat meats and eggs and lots of them!

Thanks for the info. I have eggs for breakfast on a daily basis, along with oatmeal and some bananas. ( about 3 hard boiled eggs ).!!!!

Bump on the protein from food... Shakes are great but I mainly use them for post-workout and before bed....stick with food for the majority of your daily protein intake...

What does you're food intake consist of during you're bulking cycle Traz?? That's what I normally do with the shakes.

5 more days till my cycle start. Have Nolva on hand and all my support supps in place and Wed. I have a doctors appointment, for blood work and check up. So I will be ready.!!!!!

Ok I got a concern, I am fixing to start my cycle on monday. The concern I have is that i was gathering all my pills together when I noticed that some of my Nolva pills have a slight yellow discoloration, When i got them they were bright white!!!!!! Should I worry about this ????? They were stored in it's own container. ????

Not sure about the discoloration....I haven't heard of that happening before...

As for food....Eat plenty of grilled chicken, tuna, lean steak, milk, whole grains, etc....basically clean foods and lots of them. Your body will need a ton of calories to put on the maximum muscle during your cycle.

I might just get some more Nolva, just in case, but I might have to wait about a week or so till I can get some more.

I have been loading up on my support supps, for about a week now so I am ready. Has bloating been a major issue with SD, cause if i have a little extra fat in the mid section is SD only going to make it look bigger.????? I appreciate all the info Traz.

The bloating is temporary and will subside when you do your PCT. I think you will be fine. Don't worry about the gut...
