I was not downing on him, per se, Traz. Just the fact that it seems like everyone here is trying to take a steriod without putting in their "dues"; research, training, diet, stuff like that.
You are right, he has all the supporting supps in place which means he did his homework. I just really think he should get his BF lower (which he is doing) before starting.
Keep us update czymex, I am sure you are gonna get huge.

I hear what you are saying Sean.!!!! I am busting my ass at the gym. I have lost a total of 14.5 lbs in two months. I have lowered my BF alot. I was at 28% BF. If I continue my diet and work out i should reach my goal by the first week of March. Good thing is that I will be able to continue my diet and work out on the Rig. One good things is that my wife is a MD so blood work and any other concerns should not be a problem.!!!!!!! I will try to post updates while on the Rig. ( Thats if I can get my computer to work out there.)

I understand any feed back is good knowldge. My goal is to reach 190lbs and lean out some more. Then SD to gain 200lbs. Then my next cycle might be for a cut, but not sure. Just got to keep away from that 24hr catering that is avaliable on the RIG. I will post as much as possible.

I'am glad I came across this forum, You guys have been helpfull, in deciding which way and how to go with my decision, regarding SD. The feedback has been great. I will continue to post my progress. ( If the results are great I might venture to the Dark Side one day )

What's up guys. Good progress so far just weight in 199.5 lbs Trying to work out as much as possibly before I have to leave for Aberdeen. Got just one question, when I get back from Aberdeen It might be around Feb. 28th I plan to start my SD cycle. My question is after my gains I might have to go back out to Aberdeen if they have more problems out on the field, I know that I wont be able to use gear out there, so what knd of gains can I expect to quick after my cycle?? I will have to wait till I get back home to do another cycle of SD. I will be useing Nolva for my PCT.!!!

It depends on whether you can keep your diet and routine good after PCT.

Cut down on carbs and sodium a little more maybe? Do you drink? If so that is famous for helping to keep that gut around....all in all just eat really clean and give it time...and ab workouts.

So are you going to do your cycle now that you aren't going to be leaving?

I have cut down on my carbs and sodium, also staying away from saturated fat foods. I haven't had a beer since New years eve. I don't know how much cleaner it can get. Tuna, Salads, whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, lean meat, grilled chicken breast. I have to up my ab workout,

Feb 20th I will start my cycle, look forward to it.

Well if you are bulking it can be really difficult to get rid of the last little bit of gut. I myself have a little fat in that area that just won't go away because I am on a serious bulk right now....a clean bulk, but still when you eat like a bear getting ready for hibernation you will keep a little fat and probably gain some too....it sucks, but that is the name of the game...

BTW: Glad to hear the cycle is back on!

I ask cause I might have a real good job offer coming up. Which is cool cause this place has it's own full scale gym sweet!!!!!!!!!
Most likely they will not test for that. Too expensive and useless to do a testasterone test. Not going to happen.

Well considering that SD is used for a bulking cycle, I know that I have to up my cal intake, but not to sure If I need 3000 plus cals. Even though it will a clean diet I just think that is alot. I am looking more foward to the strenght gains. Cause right now my cal intake is right around 1800 to 2000.

Ok I guess I should have said are you bulking now....if you are cutting now it will just take time to get rid of the gut.

As for the SD cycle you will need to keep your calories really high as your body will be crying for as much protein as you gan give it. You need those extra cals to fuel the mass gains....it seems like a lot, but you will be glad that you did it when it is over....3,000 calories a day really isn't a whole lot when you are bulking (especially on SD).
